More than a foot of snow expected in some parts of New York

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Parts of New York could see more than a foot of snow out of a storm already blamed for three deaths in the Southeast.

The snow is expected to arrive this afternoon in western New York and forecasters say snowfall rates could exceed two inches an hour at times overnight.
