UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - One of two teens accused of killing a 66-year-old Utica man nearly a year ago has taken a plea - but not to murder.
Trevon Patterson pleaded guilty in Oneida County Court Wednesday to the charge of attempted robbery.
He and Robert Thompson were accused of murdering George Garrow the night before Thanksgiving last year as Garrow was preparing Thanksgiving dinner.
Patterson will be sentenced December 9.
