Woman taken to hospital after car collides with tractor trailer
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - One woman was transported to the hospital Monday afternoon after her car rear-ended a tractor trailer.
The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 9, when a woman whose name was not immediately available, rear-ended a tractor trailer on Herkimer Road, near Van Rensselear Road in North Utica. The woman had to be extricated from her car by Utica Fire crews, and was transported to the hospital - the extent of her injuries were not known. Her vehicle sustained heavy, front-end damage. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured. |
