I'm scared to send my kids to school. I don't want this happening to my kids." Safety zones, shattered by the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, connecticut. 20 children and seven adults dead at the hands of a 20-year-old gunman. It was a painful reminder of what every parent and grandparent know, but generally don't discuss. Grandparent Jeanette George said, "I'm devastated. I just can't believe it.
