Wild Parsnip – This plant is common in fields and along roadside. Wild Parsnip is in full bloom at this time. It can grow about 4-5 ft. tall. Wild Parsnip is a single stem with multiple branches; on the end of each branch are lime yellow flowers. The flowers are again umbrella shaped and can be as large as 6 inches across. (Not a very showy flower, its shape reminds me of fireworks.) Contact with Wild Parsnip can cause blisters and skin discoloration.
