Police say this man walked into the Alliance Bank in Oneida, N.Y. on January 3 around 4:59 p.m., handing the clerk a note saying he was armed and demanded money. Authorities have released new surveillance photos and details regarding a man and vehicle they believe were involved in a January 3, 2012 bank robbery at the Alliance Bank in the City of Oneida. If you have any information on either, you are asked to call Oneida Police at 315-363-2323. All calls will be kept confidential.
