UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Hundreds went to the Utica Memorial Auditorum Saturday to sample Chicken Riggies and vote on their favorite restaurant.
Teddy's in Rome reclaimed their title as Riggie Cup champion after winning the 2010 Riggiefest. This is the restaurant's fourth win in the competition for best Riggies.
