It's already been an incredible season for the Cooperstown girls basketball team, but the Lady Redskins are hoping the best is yet to come.
Armed with a 24-0 record and a No. 3 ranking in the state in Class C, Cooperstown is about to enter a place it hasn't been since 1988: the state playoffs. First up for the Lady Redskins is 13th-ranked Section IV winner Tioga in the regional round Saturday at Cicero-North Syracuse at 3:00. NEWSChannel 2's Brian Sandler has a preview with the team.
