CLINTON, N.Y. (WKTV) -  What a season it has been for the hamilton women's lacrosse team.  Not only did they just win the Liberty League title for the third straight year, they are back in the NCAA Division III  final four for the second straight season.

The Lady Continentals defeated Williams and Middlebury over the weekend to advance to the tournament semifinal.Their opponent is no stranger. They will face Franklin & Marshall, the team Hamilton beat last year to win the national championship.

At 19-1, they are a very tough opponent and according to senior defender Catie Gibbons, staying composed is one of the big keys for Hamilton if they want to get back to defend their title. "They are a very emotional team, they ride the wave of the game. If the emotion starts to go in their favor, the momentum and the tempo goes in their favor then they have control of the game. We need to take control of the tempo and control our emotions, play smart and play calm.>

Game time on saturday is 8pm at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. If they win, they will face the winner of Salisbury and Gettysburg for the national title on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
