Cortland tops New Hartford in A Final

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The magic ran out for the New Hartford girls basketball team, as the Lady Spartans fell 57-42 to Cortland in the Section III Class A Final Saturday night at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.  The Lady Tigers were led by Courtney Tennant's 26 points and Maggie Brown's 16. 

Former Athlete of the Week Ashley Chanatry was the New Hartford high scorer, with 13.

The Lady Spartans, who kept pace with Cortland up until the end, finish the season at 14-8.
