Camden shuts out Ilion

ILION, N.Y. (WKTV) - After struggling for three quarters, Camden was the first team to find their groove and went to shutout Ilion 27-0 on Friday night.

Camden started the scoring on their first place from scrimage in the first quarter. Colby Stratton connected with Ward Seymour on a 60 yard pass play to give the Blue Devils a 7-0 lead. It stayed that way until the fourth quarter. That's when Jeremy Zeitchel scored on a 23 yard run to give Camden a 13-0 lead.

Stratton and Zeitchel each scored rushing touchowns in the fourth quarter to seal the deal for Camden.  Stratton had 134 yards rushing while Zeitchel chipped in 87 yards.

Travis Murray rushed for 101 yards for Ilion. They drop to 0-2. Camden is now 2-0.
