Boys Basketball:Clinton comeback creates CSC DI chaos

CLINTON, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Clinton boys basketball team came back from an early deficit to beat Sherburne-Earlville 51-46 Friday night.  The win for the Warriors ties them for the CSC Division I lead with the Marauders, with idential 5-2 records.  Clinton is 11-3 overall.

NEWSChannel 2 Athlete of the Week Mike Hayduk led the Warriors with 22 points, eight rebounds and three blocks, while Malaquias Canery added 15 points.

Austin Jasper led the Marauders with 14 points, while Sam Caton added 11.

Clinton has three games remaining, all of them league games, against Canastota, Adirondack and Ilion.
