Knicks star Lin watches brother's team

By MIKE LEVIN

CLINTON, N.Y. (WKTV) - Lin-sanity hit Hamilton College Sunday, as new Knicks superstar Jeremy Lin checked out his little brother Joseph's team, the Continentals.  Hamilton won their regular season finale, 72-62 over Bates, to earn a spot in the NESCAC tournament.

Although a bit camera shy, Jeremy sat with his family behind the Hamilton bench, enjoying a much deserved day off, just hours after he hit a key free throw to clinch a win for the Knicks in Minnesota.

Joseph is a freshman point guard for the Continentals, who paid tribute to seniors Ephraim McDowell and Pat Sullivan prior to tip-off.  Sullivan scored 13 points in his final home game, while Greg Newton led the team with 14.  Lin hit both of his attempted field goals, finishing with four points.

Hamilton will be the eight seed in in the NESCAC tournament, and will go to top seeded Amherst Saturday.
