Mills hangs on to beat Hamilton

NY MILLS, N.Y. (WKTV) - After going on a 23-9 run to start the game, the NY Mills Lady Marauders held on to beat Hamilton 47-42 on Monday night.

NY Mills led 25-13 at the half with Hamilton's leading scorer Jordan Peterson on the bench with three early fouls. However, in the second half, she scored 15 of her team high 16 points. The Lady Emerald Knights ourscored the Mills 20-8 in the fourth quarter.

Adriana Surprenant and Kaila Wilkinson hit key free throws down the stretch to help seal the win. NY Mills was led by Erica Pendrak's 16 points. Adriana Surprenant chipped in 10. The Marauders improved to 14-3 overall. Hamilton drops to 13-3.
