Girls Basketball:Oriskany falls in regional final

HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - The South Kortright Lady Rams were just too much down the stretch as they topped Oriskany 47-38 on Saturday at Herkimer County Community College.

After trailing by four at the half, Oriskany was able to make a run and take a one point lead midway through the third quarter. However, that lead was short-lived as the Lady Rams came back and never relinqushed the lead again.

Britney Northrup led South Kortright with 15 points. Meghan Carlo was top scorer for Oriskany with 16 points. The Redskins finish the season 17-5.
