#6 - Friday night, the first football game for CVA, the combined Ilion and Mohawk school.  Mitchell Werenczak with a big tackle for a loss.  He'd block a punt later that was returned for a TD in the Thunder's 30-9 win.

#5 - Saturday, Herkimer visiting West Canada.  Austin Mills with his third touchdown, this time through the air to Dan Appley.  Magicians beat their new Class D East rivals 19-0.

#4 - Same day, Utica College showing their creative side against Lewis & Clark.  Anthony Acevedo a catch, then what appears to be a TD pass to Gregory Palmer.  Would've been our top play, but it was called back on a penalty.  UC still won though, 42-22.

#3 - Back on Friday, Whitesboro hosting RFA.  Black Knight QB Angus Evans intercepted by Ed Zegarelli, who takes it all the way back for the score.  RFA gets the last laugh though, as they won it 15-14.

#2 - Also on Friday, Frankfort-Schuyler hosting Notre Dame.  Mitchell Shortt gets the carry and barrels over poor Nick Abraham for the short TD run.  Maroon Knights beat their Class C East rivals 56-35.

#1 - Sauquoit hosting Mt Markham.  Right after a Mustangs touchdown, the Indians respond as Zach Freeman takes the kickoff 95 yards to the end zone.  Sauquoit Valley won the game 32-28.
