Utica Comets assistant coach and director of hockey operations announced

(WKTV) – The assistant coaches and director of hockey operations for the Utica Comets were announce by Canucks Sports & Entertainment Tuesday.

Former member of the Utica Devils, Pat Conacher, was picked for the
director of hockey operations position. And, Paul Jerrard and Nolan Baumgartner were both chosen as assistant coaches.

Jerrard played a decade of professional hockey and was drafted by the New York Rangers 173rd overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft.

Baumgartner enjoyed a 17-year professional playing career before joining the Canucks organization as an Assistant Coach with their AHL affiliate in 2012-13.
