H.S. Football:Whitesboro's season ends in defensive duel

CHITTENANGO, N.Y. (WKTV) - A missed two point conversion ended up being the difference for the Whitesboro football team, who fell Friday night to top seeded Jamesville-Dewitt in the Section III Class A semifinals.  Matt Fellitto scored a short touchdown with sixteen seconds to go in the first half, but was stuffed on a two point conversion attempt.

J-D got on the board in the first quarter on a six yard TD run by Ben Honis.  The Red Ram defense held Whitesboro in check all through the second half, as did the Warrior defense on the #1 team in the Class.

But in the end, Whitesboro's season comes to an end one game short of their goal, the Carrier Dome and the Class A section final.
