Boys Soccer: Wurz's late goal shocks Raiders

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - In a game that was all defense until the end, the Whitesboro boys soccer team defeated Proctor 1-0 Thursday, as Curtis Wurz scored with fifteen seconds left. The loss snapped the Raiders' eleven game win streak.
With the win, the Warriors avenged a 2-0 loss to Proctor earlier in the season.
The Raiders fall to 11-3 on the season, with a huge matchup at five time Section III Class AA champ Baldwinsville coming Saturday.
Whitesboro, who lost a 3-2 heartbreaker in overtime Tuesday at rival New Hartford, Monday at C-NS.
