WESTMORELAND, N.Y. (WKTV) - Our second Athlete of the Week for the fall season comes from Westmoreland football.
Tim Harrison, senior tailback, earns the honors this week after leading the Bulldogs to victory over Pulaski, 41-6 last week.
In the game, Harrison, who originally broke into the lineup as a receiver, sophomore year, rushed 14 times for 177 yards, and 3 TDs.
Combined with the season opener, and he is off to a blazing start with 452 yards and 6 TDs in just 2 games so far this year.
Harrison is an all-around athlete. When he is not leading the Bulldogs on the gridiron, he is also ahead of the pack on the track, where he won a Section III title in the 100m dash, last spring.
