The New Hartford baseball team stayed undefeated on its young season Tuesday, blowing out visiting Chittenango 13-1.

After the Bears took a 1-0 lead in the 1st inning on a run-scoring error, the Spartans came back with two in the bottom of the inning to take the lead, then blew it open with a six-run 2nd inning. Chandler Evans allowed one unearned run in six innings for the win.

New Hartford is now 3-0.
