Girls Basketball: HP tops Camden despite Freiermuth injuryHOLLAND PATENT, N.Y. (WKTV) - Junior Allyson Freiermuth suffered a first half injury to her ankle Friday night, but was able to return late in the Holland Patent girls basketball team's 61-53 win over Camden. Freiermuth surpassed 1,000 points as a junior Tuesday against Oneida and is expected to be fine when sectional playoffs start next week. Korey Bunal led the Lady Knights with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while also getting 11 points from Alyssa Curtis and 10 from Fallon Reinold. With the win, Holland Patent finishes the regular season at 14-4. |
