Early run paces ND to win at RFA


ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Notre Dame girls basketball team used a 20-0 run in the first and second quarters to get a comfortable lead on RFA, winning 73-45.  With the win, the Jugglers take over sole possession of first place in the Tri-Valley League.

Emily Durr led ND (5-0, 3-0 TVL) with 25 points, while Anari Harris added 18 and Jaclyn Hajec had 12.

Teresa Anken and Tiana Pugh each had ten points for RFA (4-2, 2-1 TVL), with Pugh grabbing nine rebounds.  The Black Knights will next play Friday night, at home against rival Proctor.

Notre Dame will host Oneida Friday.
