Spartans end losing streak, edge Oswego


NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The New Hartford football team won their first game since the 2010 season Friday night, beating Oswego 31-28 at Don Edick Field.  Tarik Kulosoman's 22 yard field goal in the second quarter ended up being the difference, as both teams traded leads throughout the game.

Steve Tomaino caught an 81 yard touchdown pass from Adam Zogby and rushed for two more scores, the last one in the fourth quarter that put the Spartans on top for good. 

Dustin Deon also rushed for a touchdown for New Hartford (1-1), who hits the road next Friday night, when they go to Watertown.
