Spartans fall short against Cortland


NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The New Hartford boys basketball team fell just short of notching their first win of the season Friday, losing 66-58 to Cortland.  The Spartans came back to tie the score at the end of the third quarter on a buzzer beater by James Franco and took the lead early in the fourth before falling behind again.

Mark Chanatry led New Hartford with 16 points, whil Nate Donaldson added 13 and Adam Zogby chipped in nine, on a trio of three pointers.
