Jugglers beat Sherburne, head to Dome


SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSTM) - The Notre Dame boys basketball team is heading to the Section III Class B Final at the Carrier Dome after beating Sherburne-Earlville 64-56 in the semis Friday night at OCC's Allyn Gym. 

The Jugglers trailed 14-13 at the end of the first quarter, but came back with a 22-12 second to take a 35-26 lead at halftime.  S-E responded with a 20-9 third to go up 46-44, but ND used a 20-10 fourth quarter to put the game away.

Jerome Brabham led the Jugglers with 22 points, while Joe Sullivan added 18 points and 15 rebounds.  Austin Jasper had 17 to lead Sherburne, who finishes at 17-4.

Notre Dame is now 16-5 and will face undefeated top seed Westhill in the Class B section final, Saturday March 1st at 2:45 p.m. from the Dome.
