Proctor beats RFA in a shootout

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Proctor had never faced RFA in the post season. Well they have now. The Raiders got big games from their big three offensive stars en route to the 42-28 win over Rome on Friday night in the Class AA quarterfinals. They will now face CBA in the semifinals at a neutral site to be determined.

"Nothing is better than beating Rome, unless you beat them twice." Proctor coach Jerry Fiorini said following the game. It's the second win for the Raiders over the Black Knights this season.

Proctor's big three in Richard Pete, Jordan Treen and Walkery Mills had stellar games. Pete rushed for 205 yards and three touchdowns. Jordan Treen threw for 147 yards and two scores while rushign for 120 yards and a touchdown. Mills had five catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns.

"I told you all at the beginning of the year we were looking to go to the playoffs, thats what its all about." Pete said. "We are one big family here its not about one player, its a team out here. Our defense had a big game, our offense was explosive as always and we got the job done."
