Warriors trounce Fowler, next up Watertown

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Whitesboro Warriors continue to dominate the competition in Class A. On Friday they crushed Fowler 50-8 in the Class A quarterfinals.

Whitesboro scored on four straight possessions. The first time they touched the ball Matt Felitto took the handoff and ran 90 yards for a touchdown. On their next possession, Mike Bunal took a punt return 80 yards for a score. Still in the first, Felitto ran 43 yards for a touchdown and then still in the first quarter, Bunal ran 51 yards for a score.

Whitesboro, now 8-0, will face Watertown in the Class A semis next week. They beat the Cyclones in the regular season 40-14. The sites and dates for the semis will be determined at a meeting on Sunday.
