Whitesboro dominates RFA

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - The old school rivalry was renewed in Rome on Friday night with the Whitesboro Warriors dominating Rome Free Academy 24-8.

The Warriors got on the board in the first quarter on a Nick Carzo 23 yard touchdown run. Carzo stared in place of the injured Matt Felitto. He finished with 179 yards on the ground. Whitesboro would add two scores in the second quarter on a touchdown pass from Bohdi Forbes to Connor Critelli and a Critelli eight yard run.

The Warriors led 24-0 at the half. RFA did manage a score in the third. Brett McKinney picked off Forbes and took it 30 yards for the score but that was all they could manage.

Whitesboro (1-0) will face Carthage next week while RFA (0-1) will meet Corcoran.
