Girls Basketball:Hamilton tops NY Mills again, headed back to final

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Hamilton Lady Emerald Knights held off a late charge by NY Mills to win 42-39 and earned a return trip to the Aud to play in the Class D final on Sunday against Sackets Harbor.

Hamilton was led by Jordan Peterson's 15 points. Katie Weeks added 14 for the Lady Knights, who led by four at the half and two after three quarters. Hamilton never trailed despite a couple of ties by the Lady Marauders.

NY Mills was led by Kaila Wilkinson's 16 points. Erica Pendrak chipped in 14. Hamilton's Class D final game is set for 12pm at the Aud on Sunday.
