UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - At day one of the 39th Annual Juggler Classic, the Notre Dame girls basketball team topped Proctor 81-56, in a rematch of the girls championship of last year's Classic. Emily Durr led Notre Dame with 31 points, while Tierney Buckley added 12 and Haley Sehring had 10. Imani Pierce scored 20 for the Lady Raiders.
The Lady Jugglers (10-1) now have a chance to avenge their only loss of the season, during the holiday week to Albertus Magnus, who beat Liverpool in the first game of the day.
The 2012 Juggler Classic Girls Championship will start around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, after the Liverpool-Proctor consolation, which begins at 2.
