UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The New Hartford boys basketball team continued their momentum from last Friday night's upset win over Proctor, with a 60-46 win at Notre Dame Tuesday night. The Spartans were led by Mark Chanatry's 20 points.
The two Tri-Valley League rivals met for the first time since last season, when the Spartans won a Section III Class A Quarterfinal game at their rivals. This season the two can only meet twice, with the Jugglers being dropped to Class B.
The Jugglers got 15 points from Zane Smith and 12 from Kevin Warmack.
New Hartford improved to 6-1 on the season, while Notre Dame fell to 3-4.
