New Hartford, N.Y. - The New Hartford Spartans played a much better second half en route to a 3-2 non-league win over Proctor. The Raiders outplayed the Spartans in the first half taking a 1-0 lead on a goal by Armin Budnjo. Second half the Spartans came out playing better getting two goals from Jake Silberlicht. Kevin Chapman also scored. Proctor's freshman goalie Eric Halliday stopped 17 shots in the loss. New Hartford improves to 2-2 while the Raiders drop to 1-1.
