HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - It's been 18 years since Cooperstown tasted a victory like this. The Redskins beat Bishop Grimes 1-0 to capture their first section title since 1991.

Freshman Michael Rowley scored the games only goal on a pass from Brandon Lane. The rest was done with solid defense and a little luck. One Grimes shot dinged off the cross bar in the first half.

Cooperstown improves to 16-3 and will next face Marathon from Section IV on either Friday or Saturday at a place and time to be determined.
