Cooperstown shuts out Mohawk


MOHAWK, N.Y. (WKTV) - Using precision passing and solid team play, the Cooperstown Redskins beat Mohawk 7-0 on Wednesday.

With the win, the Redskins improve to 13-0-1 on the season. Jay Davine scored two goals and two assists while Michael Rowley and Steven Schultz scored two goals each. With head coach Frank Miosek at the helm, the Redskins got off to a 3-0 lead at the half and never looked back.

With the loss, Mohawk drops to 4-6-2 on the season.
