Sauquoit runs over Frankfort

SAUQUOIT VALLEY, N.Y. (WKTV) - After a 1-7 2008, Sauquoit Valley showed why they are a tough team in 2009. The Indians ran over Frankfort 24-0 on Friday night.

Brett Rounsville rushed for 158 yards and three of Sauquoit's four touchdowns on the night. Defensively, the Indians were on top of their game as well with Kenny Cieplenski leading the way with three sacks.

Sauquoit travels to Class C South rival Mt. Markham next Friday night while Frankfort wil host Mohawk/Richfield Springs.
