WHITESBORO, N.Y.(WKTV) - The Whitesboro Warriors did what they do best....run over people. In this case the latest victim was the Camden Blue Devils in a 35-6 win on Friday night.
Nick Mauro led the way on the ground with 16 carries for 151 yards and two touchdowns. Evan Manna also ran for two touchdowns and Steve Almond scored once for the Warriors who improved to 3-0 overall, 1-0 in the league. To say running the ball dominated things would be an understatement as Whitesboro had 303 yards on the ground. They had 314 total yards.
Camden just couldn't get things going thanks to a stingey Warrior defense. The Blue Devils, 0-3 in the league and overall, scored just once on a Kevin Davis 63 yard touchdown run.
