Camden girls hold off New Hartford

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Camden Blue Devils had a big lead and then had to hold off a late charge to defeat New Hartford 62-56 on Friday night.

After a slow start, Camden went on a 10-0 run in the first half and led 30-18 at the half. The Lady Blue Devils would lead by as many as 23 points before New Hartford made their run. Ashley Roser led all scorers with 29 points with Lindsay Jones adding 18 points.

Theano Alvanos had 18 points and Ashley Chanatry chipped in 14 in the loss for New Hartford. They dropped to 10-6, 6-6 in the league. Camden improves to 11-3, 8-2 in the league.
