Westmoreland Rides Second Half Surge To Win Over CanastotaWESTMORELAND, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Westmoreland Bulldogs topped Canastota 45-37 on Friday night. TJ Losowski led all scorers with 14 points. It took a half for the Bulldogs to get going. They trailed by four after one. Despite Canastota's 11-0 run, Westmoreland pulled to within four at the half. Second half, different story. The Bulldogs defense held the Red Raiders to just 12 points. In addition to Losowski's 14 points, Jason Colburn added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Westmoreland is now 8-2 overall, unbeaten in the league. They next travel to league rival West Canada Valley on Monday. The Indians are also unbeaten in the league. |
