H.S. Football:Herkimer wins rematch with Raiders in quarterfinal

HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Herkimer Magicians continued their run toward a section title with a 43-12 win over Canastota on Friday.

While it wasn't Sean Crandall's best day, the rest of the team picked it up. Bryan McGuire rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns. Crandall connected with Gio Aceto for a 35 yard touchdown pass and what was a close game at the half turned out to be a blowout by games end.

Herkimer will now face Tully in the Class C semifinals in a place and time to be detrermined.
