Boys Soccer:Clinton falls to Skaneateles in Class B final

CHITTENANGO, N.Y. (WKTV) - Clinton gave it their all, but 19-0 just wasn't in the cards for the Warriors this year. State ranked number one Skaneateles beat Clinton 2-0 to win the Class B Section III title on Friday night.

The Lakers scored with about 13 minutes left in the first half on a goal by A.J. Richichi and took the 1-0 lead into halftime. Jeff Baldelli made it 2-0 15 minutes into the second half.

Rob Larkin had seven saves in the loss for Clinton, who finishes 18-1 on the season. The Lakers will face a team from Section IV next week in the regionals.
