PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Cooperstown girls volleyball team finished off its historic season in style Saturday in Plattsburgh, coming back from a 2-0 hole to defeat Section IV's Sidney 3-2 in the state Class C regional championship.

After losing the first two games 16-25 and 21-25, the Lady Redskins rallied to win the final three 25-19, 25-19 and 25-15.  Kim Armstrong led the charge with 25 assists.

Cooperstown, which had never even won a sectional title before this year, finishes the season 16-5.
