Sauquoit boys upend Cooperstown

SAUQUOIT VALLEY, N.Y. (WKTV) - When the Sauquoit Valley Indians last faced Cooperstown, it took overtime for the Redskins to get a win. Oh what a difference a year makes. The Indians scored three quick goals en route to a 4-1 win over Cooperstown on Tuesday.

Mason Olmstead accounted for all of the scoring for the Indians who improved to 2-0. Olmstead has eight goals in two games for Sauquoit. Cooperstown dropped to 2-1.
