West Canada Valley Boys Blow Out Undermanned Dolgeville

DOLGEVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - With the Dolgeville boys basketball team missing its leading scorer and sixth man due to injuries on Monday, West Canada Valley cruised to its ninth straight victory 65-30.
The Indians' streak started just under a month ago against Dolgeville with a 53-50 win, but with Clay Ardoin on the bench due to a broken left wrist suffered this past weekend and Kyle Harlow out for the season with an ACL injury, the Blue Devils had too little left to keep up this time. A 13-2 run to close the second quarter put West Canada Valley up 31-17 at halftime, and the second half was no contest.
Jared Suderley led the Indians, ranked No. 10 in the state in Class C, with 21 points and 12 rebounds while T.J. Sharpou led the Blue Devils with 12 points.
West Canada Valley is now 14-2 overall; Dolgeville is 8-7.
