DOLGEVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - After three straight years of looking up at Dolgeville after the final whistle, Notre Dame football finally bested the Blue Devils on Saturday with a huge 12-7 victory on the road.

In each of the past three seasons, Dolgeville had beaten Notre Dame in the regular-season finale to either win the Class D East title outright or keep the Jugglers from winning it outright.  But meeting early in Week 2 this year, Notre Dame led 6-0 at halftime and finally came away with a win.

Notre Dame is now 1-0 in league play and 1-1 overall while Dolgeville is 0-1 (1-1).
