Girls Basketball:Fauvelle's 24 paces West Canada to victory

FRANKFORT, N.Y. (WKTV) - The West Canada girls basketball team topped Frankfort-Schuyler 42-28 Friday night in CSC Division II action.  Alexis Fauvelle scored 24 points for the Lady Indians, who improved to 5-3 on the season.

After a first quarter that produced just 14 points and an 8-6 Frankfort lead, West Canada went on an 11-2 run in the second quarter, taking a 17-10 lead to halftime.

But a 17-8 third quarter gave the Indians a 34-18 lead heading into the final eight minutes.
