HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Herkimer Lady Magicians got off to a nice start on Tuesday with the 3-0 win over Ilion in the season opener for both schools.
Maddie Renshaw had a goal and an assist and Lilly Williams and Kathryn Woodrick also scored. Herkimer's Chelsea Jory had five saves in the shutout.
Herkimer improves to 1-0 while Ilion drops to 0-1.
