MOHAWK, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Mohawk Lady Mohicans improved to 8-1 with the 53-31 win over Mt. Markham on Monday. Mohawk improves to 8-1 on the season. The Mustangs continue to search for their first win of the season.

The Mohicans started out with a 9-2 run and never really looked back. Alex Kryshchuk led Mohawk with 12 points. Katie Monahan chipped in 11 points and Karlee Platts added 10 points.Veronica Major led Mt. Markham with 15 points.
