Spartans fall again, but do get a few scores


NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The New Hartford football team dropped its second game of the 2012 season Friday night, falling 47-20 to Indian River at Don Edick Field.  On the plus side though, the Spartans not only scored their first points of the season, they picked up three second half touchdowns.

David Han scored the first of New Hartford's TDs in the third quarter on an 18 yard run.  Mike Nole also scored on a one yarder, while Dustin Deon threw a 47 yard pass to Cooper Brown for the other two scores.

 The Spartans will head for Carthage next Friday night.
