Lady Warriors handle Notre Dame

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - In a battle of undefeated girls basketball teams, Whitesboro beat Notre Dame 52-39.  Francesca Cotrupe led all scorers with 18 points for the Lady Warriors.  Allie Cady also added 15.  Whitesboro improves to 3-0 with the win.

It was a defensive struggle most of the way, with the Lady Warriors leading 28-15 at halftime.  Notre Dame, who falls to 2-1 with the loss, was led by Emily Durr's 12 points.

The Lady Jugglers will be back in action Friday at New Hartford, while Whitesboro is off until Saturday, when they travel to Amsterdam.
